This policy covers the Zero. iOS app and the ghostrebellion.com website, both operated by Ghost Rebellion, based in Los Angeles, California.
It is short because we collect almost nothing. Where we do touch data, it is described plainly below rather than buried.
Nothing. Zero. has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. Every subscription you add, every price you enter and every sub you ghost is stored only on your device. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
The app contains no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no third-party tracking software of any kind. The only external framework it uses is Apple's StoreKit, which handles your purchase.
Delete the app and your data is gone. We have no copy, because we never had one.
Zero. ships with its catalogue of subscriptions and alternatives built in, and works fully offline. On launch it also checks this website for an updated copy of that catalogue, so the list can grow without an App Store update.
That request is a plain file download. It sends nothing about you — no identifier, no subscription list, no device fingerprint. As with any request to any website, our host records the IP address it came from in standard server logs. We do not use those logs to build profiles and we do not connect them to anything else.
Zero. is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and holds the transaction record. We never see your payment details, your name or your email address. We receive only aggregate sales figures from Apple, which identify nobody.
Tapping an alternative opens that product's own website inside the app. Once you are there, that site's privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no relationship with the companies listed, receive nothing for listing them, and none of them know you arrived from Zero.
ghostrebellion.com is a set of static pages hosted by Netlify. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Netlify records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
Writing to support@ghostrebellion.com means we have your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as we keep the correspondence. We use it to answer you and nothing else. We will never add you to a mailing list or pass your address to anyone.
Zero. is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Rights to access, correct or delete personal data are difficult for us to action, because we hold none. Your subscription data is already entirely in your hands — it sits on your device, you can edit it at any time, and Settings includes a reset that erases all of it.
If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
If this policy changes we will update it here and revise the date above. Since the app collects nothing, any change is likely to be clarification rather than expansion.
